(1) The duties, duties and powers of the Vice-Chancellor shall be as follows:-

(a) University To give necessary instructions and supervise all the activities.

(b) To submit proposals related to all matters to be presented in the meeting and to cause them to be submitted.

p style="padding-left: 30px;">(c) To preside over the convocation ceremony of the University in the absence of both the Chancellor and the Vice-Chancellor.

(d) Short-term for the development of the University and to decide and conduct long-term programs.

(e) To discuss, negotiate with various bodies on behalf of the university.

(f) Formulate various plans and programs within the approved policy of the University and submit them to the assembly.

(2) Except as stated in sub-section (1), this Act or any rule made under this Act The vice-chancellor will do other works except those mentioned to be done by the agency or official. The Vice-Chancellor shall inform the Vice-Chancellor immediately of such work and shall be approved by the next meeting of the Assembly.

(3) Apart from what is written in sub-section (1) and (2), the other duties, duties and powers of the Vice-Chancellor shall be as prescribed.
